Tapering the grass and its borders with a string trimmer to ensure an even, uniform edge for a polished look. Regular maintenance typically happens every week.
Providing a deep watering session, considering factors such as lawn needs, temperatures, season timing, and industry best practices. Requires access to an on-site water source. This service is performed twice weekly.
Applying treatments will maintain lawn health and appearance. Treatments are applied strategically based on lawn needs, temperatures, time of season, and industry-specific best practices. Regular maintenance is 4-7 treatments in the growing season.
Creating a clean, defined edge between the grass and its borders or sidewalks with a metal blade for a polished look. Regular maintenance typically happens at least once every month.
FLAT RATE-- no added cost based on storm size. Service typically requires a minimum of 2 inches of snowfall/accumulation. Removing snow from covered surfaces, including: stairs, sidewalks, walkways, driveways, decks/patios/porches, garage/car entry. Salt & Dig-outs for vehicles stuck in deep snow are NOT included.
Preparing the lawn for the upcoming season by removing small branches, dead grass, leaves, and organic debris. Includes off-site debris removal.
Installing new concrete work, paver stones, and retaining walls to enhance outdoor spaces.
Applying mulch to enhance beauty, control weeds, and retain moisture. Various mulch types and colors are available.
Perforating the soil with a core aerator to improve airflow, water retention, seed/nutrient distribution, and root growth, reducing compaction and promoting a healthier lawn.
Power-raking, or scarifying, helps to reduce and remove a thick layer of organic debris that can prevent water, air, and nutrients from reaching the soil and roots, making your grass susceptible to disease and pests. Dethatching is highly recommended before aeration or overseeding.
Improving the lawn by laying quality sod, tilling, backfilling, and overseeding/growing grass.
Raking and removing leaves, or blowing them curbside to help improve your lawn's aesthetics and health by removing the wet conditions that create an environment for diseases/fungus.
Trimming and shaping hedges, trees, bushes, and shrubs.
Clearing weeds and managing clippings with powered string tools or by hand.
