We offer three (3) packages to support all client needs

The Year-round package:

Our most convenient solution, providing full coverage and qualifies for all available services. This package must include snow removal and it comes with a generous 30% discount on all services rendered during an active contract. Clients opting for this package gain top priority in our service queue.

The Seasonal package:

Our second priority (and most common) option is designed for clients seeking service in specific seasons, either "Growing" or "Dormant". This package comes with a 15% discount on all services during the active contract period.

The Monthly package:

A more flexible option, suited for clients who require a budget-friendly option. It requires a smaller initial deposit with the remaining balance spread over a predetermined number of months. There are no discounts available in this package.

Lawn Mowing

Cutting the grass to an optimal height using a lawnmower. To keep the lawn healthy, we trim less than 1/3 the length of the grass. Regular maintenance typically happens on a weekly basis.

STRING TRIMMING

Tapering the grass and its borders with a string trimmer to ensure an even, uniform edge for a polished look. Regular maintenance typically happens on a weekly basis.

Lawn WATERING

Designed to maintain your lawn's health and appearance by providing a deep watering session, considering factors like lawn needs, temperatures, season timing, and industry best practices. Regular maintenance typically happens TWICE on a weekly basis. We must have access to a water source onsite.

Lawn Treatments

Designed to keep your yard looking its best with several options.

Your treatments are applied strategically based on several factors, including: your lawn needs, temperatures, time of season, & other industry-specific best practices.

SNOW REMOVAL

FLAT RATE-- no added cost based on storm size. Service requires a minimum of 2 inches of snowfall/accumulation. Removing snow from covered surfaces, including: stairs, sidewalks, walkways, driveways, decks/patios/porches, garage/car entry. Salt & Dig-outs for vehicles stuck in deep snow is NOT included.

Lawn EDGING

Creating a clean, defined edge between the grass and its borders or sidewalks with a metal blade for a polished look. Regular maintenance typically happens on a monthly basis.

Yard Cleanup

Designed to prepare your lawn for the upcoming season, It includes the following:

1. Removing small branches, dead grass, leaves, and organic debris from your lawn.

2. Offsite debris removal for safety and convenience.

Hardscaping

Enhancing your outdoor space with hardscaping options like installing new concrete work, paver stones, and retaining walls.

Mulch Installation

Enhance the beauty, control weeds, and retain moisture on any landscape with mulch. Mulch types range from wood mulch to pea gravel with a range of color options.

AERATION

Perforating the soil with a core aerator to allow better airflow, water retention, seed/nutrient distribution, and root growth. This helps to reduce compaction and promote a healthier lawn.

Dethatching

Dethatching, or scarifying, helps to reduce and remove a thick layer of organic debris that can prevent water, air, and nutrients from reaching the soil and roots, making your grass susceptible to disease and pests. Dethatching is highly recommended before aeration or overseeding.

Lawn Restoration

Improve the lawn by laying quality sod, tilling, backfilling, & overseeding/growing grass.

Leaf Removal

Raking, or blowing, leaves help improve your lawn's aesthetics and health by removing the wet conditions that create an environment for diseases/fungus.

Hedging/Tree Trimming

Trim and shape hedges, trees, bushes and shrubs for an attractive, well-manicured, and safe look.

WEED WHACKING/PULLING

Clearing weeds quickly and efficiently with powered string tools or being pulled by hand. This fast service will keep your lawn looking clean, especially around bushes and along borders/fence lines. We also manage the clippings.
